SHIPPING

  • U.S. orders are typically delivered within one week.
  • International shipping times vary by country.

If you haven't received an email confirmation within a week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email info@nextwaverevolution.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Important:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order after receiving your refund.
  • Returns must be requested within one week of receiving your order—requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for following the provided return instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the original purchase amount.

SHIPPING PROVIDER POLICY

We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the carrier.

If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot intervene. If the package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us via email.

Once the returned package is received, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping fee (typically $6-$8, which is non-refundable).
